The Ultimate Frisbee Summer Camp by Sporthood is an energetic 13-hour program designed to introduce children aged 5 and above to one of the fastest-growing field sports. Held at the HAL Sports Club, Bengaluru, the camp focuses on high-energy play, teamwork, and the unique “Spirit of the Game,” where players learn self-refereeing and conflict resolution in a fun, safe environment. With expert coaching and a supportive atmosphere, children build both sport-specific skills and valuable life lessons.

• Sport Skills: Learn backhand, forehand, and long throws; specialized catching techniques (Clap, Rim, High/Low); tactical gameplay including cutting, spacing, and defensive positioning
• Life Skills: Develop teamwork, clear communication, decision-making under pressure, and conflict resolution
• Active Play: High-paced drills, scrimmages, and match-like scenarios that foster sportsmanship and leadership
