Does AK Gold cost anything?
No. There is no joining fee, no annual fee, and no charge of any kind. Membership is earned purely through your spends on kids activities.
How often can I earn the ₹5,000 reward?
Your eligible spends are counted over a rolling 12 month period. When your total crosses ₹20,000, five Gold Passes of ₹1,000 each are issued. A fresh reward can be unlocked once every six months, so an active family can earn up to ₹10,000 in passes a year.
Can I use all five passes at the same brand?
Each pass belongs to a different brand, and only one pass is issued per brand. It is designed so your family gets five great outings across five places, not one discounted visit.
Do venue-paid bookings count?
Yes. Bookings enquired through ActivityKidz but paid directly to the venue count towards your ₹20,000. Message us with the details and we will add them to your tally.
How long does my membership last?
Your AK Gold membership is valid for 12 months. Gold Passes should be used within this period, and the 1% ticket discount applies throughout it. Unused passes lapse when the membership ends, so we will nudge you well before anything expires.
How does the 1% discount apply?
Once you are an AK Gold member, an extra 1% comes off automatically on every ticket booking at checkout, for the full 12 months of your membership. [Assumption: confirm scope for party bookings and stacking with other offers.]
